Description
Peru Flor de Selva comes from the Aproeco cooperative in the department of San Martin in the upper part of the Peruvian Amazon rainforest. The cooperative was founded by smallholder farmers in 2008 and now has 369 farmer members, with 270 of them certified as organic coffee producers. Aproeco has continually innovated their quality control program since its founding and each individual lot delivered to the cooperative is meticulously cupped by their talented cupping team.
